At Red Wing London, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your boots or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, including all tags and the shoebox, and show no signs of outdoor wear or creasing.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, specifying whether you require a full refund or an exchange for a different size.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the product box inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit; please do not apply shipping labels directly to the Red Wing shoebox.

• 4.
  Ship to Store

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our London warehouse; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
